“I really wanted to put together something useful and timeless for any woman on a journey to being kinder to herself, about herself. To create something personal and private. The ask is simple: Write down one thing to celebrate about yourself each day, acknowledge your past achievements, quieten your doubtful thoughts and be intentional about your day.
It’s been a journey. Every single interaction I have had with women has brought me closer and closer to the formation of firstly THE TRIBE™ in 2016, and now THE TRIBE™ Empowerment Journal. Whilst journeying into motherhood, I created this product for women. I truly believe it will encourage us to be kinder to ourselves about ourselves, and each other, and that it will have a positive global impact.
To get here, I had to go there, I mean really go there. In our house, we call this the hard dark miles. That means the stuff no-one sees but which is responsible for the biggest changes in your life! I have poured a lot of real-life experiences into this. Yes I have. This includes being 41 weeks pregnant, 1 year sick and 1 year feeling super down. Throw in some therapeutic relief and overall pure love and good intention for good measure.
It was all necessary though. This would not have happened without the highs and lows of the past 2 years. It’s my personal belief that women need the kind of huge rallying cry that can only come from within. Empowerment is not something we are thrown, awarded or wrapped in. To me, empowerment explodes from within us but only when we do certain things. Like, energise ourselves with kindness, assert our right for ‘me-time’ and create the spaces we need with intention.
After lots of hard work, I am so happy to share the launch of THE TRIBE™ Empowerment Journal. A powerful yet simple daily morning journal geared towards helping you appreciate your day and embrace life. Reach your own empowerment goals, gradually and authentically. On sale now and my proudest achievement this year, after becoming a mum! Welcome to the ‘I Am Enough’ Era for Women.”
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I needed this… right now! 😘💕
