THE TRIBE™ Empowerment Journal is here. It signals the beginning of the ‘I Am Enough’ era for women. The powerful yet simple daily morning journal is geared towards helping you appreciate yourself and embrace life now. Realise your own positive definition of empowerment, the ask is simple: Write down one thing you are celebrating about yourself each day, nod at your past achievements, quieten your doubtful thoughts and be intentional about your day. It’s not here to teach women how to be great, it’s here to remind them that they already are.
Are you ready for a book which encourages you to nod at your past achievements (big or small), reminds you of everything you already are, versus everything you could wistfully be, AND celebrates who you are today, as in right now? Well, say hello, to your very own self-championing, uplifting and unloading space. Thoughtfully designed with intention, it will powerfully steer your mindset towards healthy inner and outer appreciation. Get coached back into control, feel happier about who you are, and start being kinder to yourself!
In its simplest form, THE TRIBE™ Empowerment Journal is a transformative mirror you will start to love looking into. The journal is a creation for the collective good, not only because of what it will do for you but also for the other women in your lives and on the planet. Now is the time to fall back in love with your handwriting in a space where you can focus on the spirit of celebration and self-acknowledgement, now not later. Celebrate yourself, and celebrate your wins…big and small. That’s what #WhyITribe is all about.
Where your mind goes, the day follows. That’s why your morning mindset is so important. THE TRIBE™ Empowerment Journal is a 432 page bag-sized uplifting and unloading space, full of thought-provoking self-care content. Discover daily celebration spaces, intentions, questions, quotes and mind-maps, plus plenty of space for reflections and ideas too. Journey through engaging stories and 19 empowering lists, and be inspired by extracts from 10 interviews with women from THE TRIBE™ global community, a diverse representation of ages, ethnicities and industries – including science, art, fashion, business and activism. It’s a different kind of breakfast to start your day with!
Recent studies, including the 2016 Women Under Pressure White Paper (which surveyed 6,000 women), have revealed that whilst women are under more pressure than ever before, they have fewer outlets to release tension through and see fewer positive messages of encouragement. We believe, that now more than ever an environment of positivity, acknowledgement and encouragement is needed. THE TRIBE™ Empowerment Journal signals the start of the ‘I Am Enough’ era for women. This pressure-free journal doesn’t demand a rigid schedule or laden you with guilt if you miss a day (who needs that?), but frankly, you won’t want to. Work through the daily pages, creatively mapped out to throw a spotlight on your thought-processes and identify your minds’ games. Designed to provide a years’ worth of support, the journal tackles self-doubt and champions self-celebration, bit by bit. Today is the day to celebrate yourself and your wins…big and small.
